IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Creditor/Plaintiff LEGION FOR THE SURVIVAL OF FREEDOM, INC. (hereinafter “LSF") and Debtors/Defendants WILLIS and ELISABETH CARTO, LEWIS and LAVONNE FURR, and LIBERTY LOBBY (hereinafter “DEBTORS"), through their respective counsel, that judgment in the above-entitled cause which was entered in favor of Creditor LSF and against DEBTORS, has been fully settled and that, based upon the completion of all required payments and settlement conditions, the judgment in this action may be immediately vacated and set aside;
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that based upon DEBTORS' completion of all settlement conditions described above, the Bankruptcy court may immediately enter a dismissal of this action, with prejudice.
