Is This How Willis Carto Does Business?

A remarkable series of documents has come into our possession, which shows Willis Carto’s contempt for the law, and his utter duplicity.

These documents show Carto attempting to defraud creditors with the aid of a trusted associate, and then turning against this same associate, denying they ever had an agreement. These documents must be seen to be believed.

This article also raises questions about Carto’s receipt of tens of thousands of dollars in a motel room, when both he and Liberty Lobby were in bankruptcy, as well as Carto’s handling of the Spotlight mailing list.
