No sooner had Carto urged everyone else to avoid publicity of his on-going efforts to destroy the LSF/IHR, than he himself began a massive and relentless public and private campaign to smear the LSF/IHR. Anyone doubting this is directed to the following, though woefully incomplete, listing of articles that have appeared in Carto’s tabloid weekly, The SPOTLIGHT.
